Breakfast:

Sweet potato, date and walnut muffins with mesquite seasoning (Vegan, sugar free)
Scrambled eggs (organic, free range) with chives from our garden
Fresh baked bread with desert rosemary and sage

Homemade Granola (Vegan, sugar free)

Lunch 1:
Selection of vegan and vegetarian salads, seasoned with desert herbs & spices

Kedgeree/Kitchari (vegan) - a traditional Indian dish, popular in the Ayurvedic tradition for balancing one's elemental constitutional makeup or dosha
