We are flexible! A deposit of 1000,- is required at time of registration to hold your spot. 

The retreat needs to be paid in full 30 days before start of event. We will happily work with you to find a down payment plan to suit your circumstances.

You will receive an invoice for your records/against your taxes.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • A $1000.- deposit is required at time of registration. 

  • A 50% refund (beyond the nonrefundable deposit) will be provided on cancellations between date of reservation and 60 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat.

  • No refund will be provided on cancellations 59 days or less prior to the start date of the booked retreat.

  • No refund/credit will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason.

  • Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travelex Insurance online to get a quote and choose policy options.

  • If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)

What’s Included?

  • Airport shuttle - All transport from the time of pick up from Toulouse Blagnac airport (designated times only - see FAQ section) and shuttle return to airport, so you don’t have to worry about a thing after you exit the airport

  • We are happy to help and advise what flights to book, so you don’t have to do all the research yourself

  • Accommodation with all its amenities including bathroom amenities, so you can pack light-ish, and be comfortable

  • All excursions, guided adventures and tickets to these to make your life easy

  • Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner which will nourish and awe you. Coffee or tea any time for pick me ups.

  • 2 glasses of delicious, regional wine is provided with lunch and dinner. Or if you prefer, 2 glasses of a non-alcoholic beverage because everyone’s different

  • All group Mesmerism and Alchemy lessons, practice and ritual. 1 one-on-one tutorial

  • Group morning meditation to set you up for the day

  • 1 hour coaching to become aware of how strong you are

  • 1 hour long Tarot reading to clarify matters

  • Talks on the fascinating secret history and mystery of the area to leave you in the know
